Maintenance of operability and value regarding outdoor and traffic facilities, and conception of design engineering and implementation planning including optimization of follow-up costs, are in the foreground of our activities and services. The development of maintenance schedules and manuals of technical and traffic facilities to conserve those, and the execution of necessary measures, are prerequisites for the protection of investment and budget.

The design of concepts and resulting measures for vitalization and redevelopment of traffic facilities are also core competences of the SMT team.

Construction machines and devices are subject to high abrasion and maintenance effort, especially in areas with negative ancillary conditions. Repairs of and services for all prevalent types of construction machines are being done professionally and reliably by SMT mechanics. Naturally, we have employees with necessary welding fabricator certifications.
